About this project

My CGA explores a structured approach to recording frailty assessments, tracking outstanding clinical tasks and presenting information clearly to clinicians. Development and testing use fictional cases.

Planned experience

Structured assessment sections designed around comprehensive geriatric assessment.
Clear separation between information not assessed and information unable to be assessed.
Traceable, reviewable action and assessment status for a clinical workflow.

Release and availability

My CGA is not available for clinical use, installation or integration into patient-care systems. Any future release requires appropriate safety assessment, clinical governance, testing, regulatory analysis and organisational authorisation.
